On a clean smooth surface place Part #1 (Fame and Cushion Preassembly) cushion side down. As Shown.
Take Part #2 (Rear Legs) and place them on the frame, channel side down. Use Hardware Item #2, #3, and #4 to attach rear legs and frame together, as shown in the picture below. Tighten bolts and nuts using provided 7/16 wrenches (Hardware Item #5).
Take Part #3 (Front Legs) and place them on the frame, channel side down. Use Hardware Item #2, #3, and #4 to attach Front legs and frame together, as shown in the picture below. Tighten bolts and nuts using provided 7/16 wrenches (Hardware Item #5). Also attach Part #6 (Support Gussets) from the legs to frame. Closer view of part #6 location on next page.

On a clean, dry surface place Part #5 (Workstation Wooden Top) face side down. Then place Part #4 (Workstation support arm) upside down on the wooden top. Make sure to keep flush on the front side and measure in 7 ½ inches on both the left and the right side draw a line to center wood top on frame for standard 24 x 24 desktop. *(For special order desktop sizes, measure in equal distance on left and right sides to center the frame.) Then use Hardware Item #1 (#10 x 1 ¼ Wood Screws) to attach the wooded top to the support arm. *Note: Do Not over tighten screws they may strip out of the wood.
Flip over the cushion base frame and legs that you previously assembled, also flip over the workstation assembly that you just assembled. Both flipped over should look like the picture below.
Slide workstation onto the front legs and align holes at your desired height. Then insert Hardware #6 (Push Pins) to secure it in place. As pictured below. *Note: push pins can be removed at any time to adjust the height of the workstation if desired.
Insert Part # 7 (Head Rest Assembly) into the two open ends of the square tubing on the frame that the chest cushion is attached to. Adjust in or out to your desired position.
Lastly inflate your inflatable arm rest pillow with part #10 (Included Air Pump) for the workstation and lay leg rest pillow on top for ankles. Pat yourself on the back for a job well done. That is it, now you can lay on your new Procliner and get to work.
